电商经营中的虚假宣传规制研究

摘要 虚假宣传是目前大众较为关注的问题之一,其具有极高的误导性,所以应利用法律法规对其进行有效规制,对不正当的竞争行为进行有效约束以确保每位消费者的合法权益。本文主要通过对电商经营中的典型虚假宣传行为如虚构交易、编造用户评价等进行分析,找出规制电商经营虚假宣传中存在的问题并给出相应的完善路径,深入探讨我国电商经营虚假宣传的法律规制和防范救治问题。 False advertising is currently one of the most concerning issues among the public, and it is highly misleading. Therefore, it should be effectively regulated by laws and regulations, and unfair competition behavior should be effectively restrained to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of every consumer. This article mainly analyzes typical false advertising behaviors in e-commerce operations, such as fictitious transactions and fabricated user evaluations, to identify the problems in regulating false advertising in e-commerce operations and provide corresponding improvement paths. It deeply explores the legal regulation and prevention and treatment of false advertising in e-commerce operations in China.
