摘要
近年来,高校电信诈骗、校园裸贷、暴力犯罪等侵害学生权益的事件频发,暴露出高校大学生虽然文化素养较高,但由于社会阅历和法律知识的欠缺,往往无法在鱼龙混杂的社会中有效地保护自身合法权益。所以不断增强大学生的法治意识、强化普法队伍建设、更新普法教材教案、进一步拓展高校普法的广度和深度显得尤为重要。本文将从高校普法的难点入手,积极探索高效、创新、生动的普法内容和形式,以期望能推动大学生个人法治意识的提升、依法治校的推进以及依法治国的推动。
In recent years, there have been frequent incidents of infringement of students’ rights and interests, such as telecommunications fraud, campus naked loans, and violent crimes, which have exposed that although college students have high cultural literacy, they are often unable to effectively protect their legitimate rights and interests in a mixed society due to their lack of social experience and legal knowledge. Therefore, it is particularly important to continuously enhance college students’ awareness of the rule of law, strengthen the construction of law popularization teams, update law popularization textbooks and teaching plans, and further expand the breadth and depth of law popularization in colleges and universities. This paper will start from the difficulties of law popularization in colleges and universities, and actively explore efficient, innovative and vivid content and forms of law popularization, hoping to promote the improvement of college students’ personal awareness of the rule of law, the promotion of governing schools according to law, and the promotion of governing the country according to law.
