摘要
诊断学是医学教育中的必修课程。通过将理论教学与临床实践相结合,该课程不仅能够夯实学生的专业基础认知,更着重培养其临床决策能力与循证医学素养,对培育具备临床基础的复合型人才具有关键作用。BOPPPS作为一种新型教学模式,教学框架强调以学生为主体,通过构建阶梯式参与机制实现教学互动。研究聚焦高等教育阶段诊断学课程改革,通过构建BOPPPS教学模型创新性地开发出具有临床思维导向的新型教学设计方案,为提升诊断学课程的教学实效性提供了可操作的实践路径。
Diagnostics is a compulsory course in medical education. By combining theoretical teaching with clinical practice, this course can not only consolidate students’ professional foundation cognition, but also focus on cultivating their clinical decision-making ability and evidence-based medicine literacy, which plays a key role in cultivating compound talents with clinical foundation. As a new teaching model, BOPPPS emphasizes student-centered teaching framework, and realizes teaching interaction by constructing a stepped participation mechanism. This study focuses on the course reform of diagnostics in higher education stage, and innovatively develops a new teaching design with clinical thinking orientation by constructing the BOPPPS teaching model, which provides an operational practical path for improving the teaching effectiveness of diagnostics.
