摘要
从思政课程走向课程思政的“大思政”育人体系,是“三全育人”的必然要求。大思政理念下,温州商学院创造性地重构课程体系和育人体系,打造混编协同育人共同体,充分利用社团和社会实践第二课堂等,形成了金融学专业思政协同育人的基本路径。但也存在着有效的课程思政成效测评体系缺位,年轻老师偏多思政素养不强,马克思主义学院尚未创建,思政老师对非思政老师的帮扶不足等问题。为此,建议创建马克思主义学院,加强课程思政斯特协同要素的建设,利用教育信息化推动课程思政育人精细化发展,进一步构建课程思政协同育人的大格局,实现立德树人的高质量可持续发展。
“The Ideological and Political” education system from ideological and political curriculum to cur-riculum ideological and political education is the inevitable requirement of “three complete edu-cation”. Under the concept of The Ideological and Political education, Wenzhou business school creatively reconstructed the curriculum system and education system, created a mixed and collaborative education community, and made full use of the second classroom of community and social practice to form the basic path of Ideological and political collaborative education for the major of finance. However, there are also some problems, such as the absence of an effective curriculum ideological and political effectiveness evaluation system, more young teachers, weak ideological and political literacy, the establishment of Marxist college, and the lack of assistance from ideological and political teachers to non-ideological and political teachers. Therefore, it is suggested to establish a Marxist college, strengthen the construction of collaborative elements of curriculum ideological and political education, use educational informatization to promote the fine development of curriculum ideological and political education, further construct the general pattern of curriculum ideological and political collaborative education, and realize the high-quality and sustainable development of morality and talents.
