摘要
玉露(Haworthia obtusa var. Pilifera)作为一类小型多肉盆栽观赏植物,在花卉产业发展中所占的比例越来越重,也是近年来人气较旺的小型多肉植物品种之一。随着市场需求量不断增加与玉露自身繁殖率较小之间矛盾日渐扩大,目前采用组织培养繁育技术是解决当前上述矛盾问题的有效途径之一。但在具体实践过程中,其组培过程中会发生蓟马污染的情况,常造成人力、物力和财力的浪费,国内针对玉露组培苗被蓟马污染及其防治的相关研究尚未见报道,该文旨为在玉露组培过程中预防蓟马污染发生及防治措施提供切实可行的实践指导和技术参考。
As a kind of small succulent potted ornamental plants,the proportion that Haworthia obtuse holds in flower industry development is heavier and heavier.It is also one of the small succulent plants which are popular in recent years.However,the contradiction between the increasing market demand and the low reproduction rate of Haworthia obtuse is expanding day by day.At present,tissue culture breeding technology is one of the effective ways to solve the above problems.But in practice,thistle contamination may occur during tissue culture,resulting in the waste of human,material and financial resources.There has rarely reported about the research on the contamination of tissue culture seedlings by thrips and its prevention and treatment in China.The purpose of this paper is to provide practical guidance and technical reference for prevention of thrips contamination during tissue culture in Haworthia obtuse.
