摘要
伦理是社会工作的生命线,是社会工作不可缺少的重要价值,西方社会工作伦理在我国进行本土化的过程中,产生了诸多的问题和困难。本土社会工作伦理的发展必须以社会工作的价值和目标为核心,也要注重西方社会工作伦理与中国文化之间存在很大的差异性,在积极吸取西方社会工作伦理优点的同时,也不能忽视中国传统文化在建构社会工作伦理体系中的作用,更离不开新时代中国特色社会主义的大背景。文章主要通过学习学者们对中国社会工作伦理困境的相关研究,总结社会工作本土化所遭遇的伦理困境,从而对中国社会工作目前所面临伦理困境有一个更加清晰的认识。
Ethics is the lifeline of social work and an indispensable and important value of social work. In the process of localizing Western social work ethics in China, many problems and difficulties have arisen. The development of local social work ethics must be centered on the values and goals of social work, and also pay attention to the significant differences between Western social work ethics and Chinese culture. While actively drawing on the advantages of Western social work ethics, we cannot ignore the role of traditional Chinese culture in constructing the social work ethics system, and cannot do without the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. This article mainly summarizes the ethical dilemmas encountered by the localization of social work in China by studying scholars’ relevant research on ethical dilemmas in social work, in order to have a clearer understanding of the ethical dilemmas currently faced by Chinese social work.
