摘要
随着人工智能(AI)技术的飞速发展,其在图书馆领域的应用不断拓展,极大地提升了图书馆的服务效率与质量。智能检索、个性化推荐、自动化管理等功能成为图书馆服务的新亮点。同时AI的引入也伴随着数据安全、技术故障、隐私泄露、知识产权、伦理道德、法律法规等多重风险。本文探讨了AI对图书馆事业的机遇与挑战,分析了AI赋能智慧图书馆的具体应用场景,识别并探讨了这些应用中的潜在风险,提出了相应的风险防范策略,以确保AI技术在赋能智慧图书馆建设的同时得到有效规制。旨在为图书馆在智能化转型过程中提供理论支持和实践指导,促进图书馆服务的持续创新与安全发展。
With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, its application in the library field has continued to expand, significantly enhancing the efficiency and quality of library services. Features such as intelligent retrieval, personalized recommendation, and automated management have emerged as new highlights of library services. However, the introduction of AI is also accompanied by multiple risks, including data security, technical failures, privacy breaches, intellectual property issues, ethical concerns, and legal and regulatory challenges. This paper explores the opportunities and challenges posed by AI to the library industry, analyzes the specific application scenarios of AI in empowering smart libraries, identifies and discusses potential risks in these applications, and proposes corresponding risk prevention strategies to ensure that AI technology is effectively regulated while empowering the construction of smart libraries. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for libraries in the process of intelligent transformation, promoting continuous innovation and secure development of library services.
