摘要
党的二十大报告强调要坚持城乡融合发展,畅通城乡要素流动。以城乡融合助力乡村振兴,实现城乡要素双向互动,推进农业农村现代化,满足人们对美好生活的向往追求,是社会发展的必然趋势。我国脱贫攻坚战役虽已取得卓著成果,城乡关系也进入了新的发展阶段,但城乡发展不平衡问题依旧是影响社会发展的重点问题。马克思城乡关系理论是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分,为我国的城乡关系发展提供了丰富的理论指导和价值导向。梳理马克思城乡关系理论的形成基础和主要内容,回顾马克思城乡关系理论在中国的具体实践探索,以从中获取新的启发以更好推进城乡融合发展,充实中国在城乡关系方面进行的理论创新和实践探索,具有十分重要的现实意义。
The report of the 20th Party Congress emphasizes the need to adhere to the integrated develop-ment of urban and rural areas and to smooth the flow of urban and rural factors. It is an inevitable trend of social development to help revitalize the countryside by integrating urban and rural areas, realizing two-way interaction of urban and rural factors, promoting modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and satisfying people’s aspirations for a better life. Although China’s battle against poverty has achieved remarkable results and urban-rural relations have entered a new stage of development, the problem of unbalanced urban-rural development remains a key issue affecting social development. Marx’s theory of urban-rural relations is an important part of Marxist theory, providing rich theoretical guidance and value orientation for the development of urban-rural relations in China. It is of great practical significance to sort out the basis and main contents of Marx’s theory of urban-rural relations, review the Chinese development of Marx’s theory of urban-rural relations, gain new inspiration from it in order to better promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas, and enrich China’s theoretical innovations and practical explorations in urban-rural relations.
