摘要
中国随着丝绸之路经济带的建设进一步扩大了对中亚地区的投资和建设,形成了在中亚地区大量的中国海外利益。中亚地区复杂的局势、突出的民族宗教问题,使得中亚地区的中国海外利益面临诸多风险与挑战。维护该地区的中国海外利益是维护中国国家利益的重要内容,是推进“一带一路”战略建设的题中应有之义。中国需要制定措施,结合当地情况来维护中亚地区的中国海外利益,从而保障丝绸之路经济带建设的推进,实现中国与中亚国家的合作共赢,互联互通。
With the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt to further expand the investment and construction of the Central Asian region, China has formed in the Central Asian region a large number of overseas interests. The Asia central area has complex situation, ethnic and religious problems, making Chinese overseas interests in Central Asia face many risks and challenges. To maintain overseas interests in the region is China’s important content to maintain the interests of the state, and is the proper meaning to promote the “The Belt and Road” strategy construction question. China needs to develop measures to safeguard the interests of China’s overseas interests in Central Asia, combined with local conditions, so as to ensure the construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone to promote cooperation and mutual benefit between China and Central Asian countries.
