摘要
本文从我国老龄化程度逐渐加剧这一现象中,选择养老驿站作为研究对象,由北京市推出的新型养老服务——养老驿站,作为为老年人提供养老服务的一种新模式,目前仍处于初期探索阶段,且面临很多现实问题。本文将通过政府政策与相关文献等分析养老驿站目前发展现状,同时分析了国外目前多种新型养老模式并总结经验与模式,最后通过综合比较,文献研究,比较分析等方法,分析出养老驿站目前面临的包括经营利润不足,服务站点缺乏专业人员等问题,并尽可能给出相关对策与建议,来帮助养老驿站改变经营现状,做到长久且持续地运营,实现我国老年人提供合格乃至令人满意的养老服务的愿景。
From the phenomenon of aging in China, this paper chooses the pension station as the research object. As a new model of providing pension services for the elderly, the new pension service— pension station launched by Beijing is still in the initial stage of exploration, and it faces many practical problems. This paper will analyze the current development of pension station through government policies, relevant documents and other materials, combined with a variety of new foreign pension models and summarize the experience. Finally, through comprehensive comparison, literature research, comparative analysis and other methods, analyze that the current problems faced by the pension station include the lack of operating profit, the lack of professionals and so on, and give relevant countermeasures and suggestions as far as possible, to help the pension station to change the operating status, and achieve long-term and continuous operation, to realize the vision of the elderly people to provide qualified and even satisfactory elderly care services.
