摘要
众所周知,田径运动有“运动之母”的美称,作为其他竞技运动的基础,关系到竞技体育的可持续发展。因此,田径运动员的培养是田径运动发展的重中之重。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对阿拉善左旗的7位田径教练员和随机抽取的150名田径运动员进行相关的调查研究,了解阿拉善左旗田径运动员的培养现状,找出其中存在的问题,并提出相应的发展策略,不仅能提高阿拉善左旗田径运动员的水平,还能为田径运动的发展提供理论指导。据此得出相关结论:1) 田径教练员的年龄较为合理,但教练员等级、训练水平和科研能力有待进一步提高。2) 田径后备人才训练目的明确,训练的积极性比较高。3) 田径选材以经验选材和自然选材为主,缺乏科学的依据。4) 田径后备人才参加的比赛比较少,队员的心理素质较差,比赛中难以发挥出正常水平。5) 训练的场地和器材基本能满足训练的需要。
As we all know, track and field has the reputation of “the mother of sports”. As the basis of other competitive sports, it is related to the sustainable development of competitive sports. Therefore, the training of track and field athletes is the top priority in the development of track and field. This article uses the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method and logic analysis and other research methods, to investigate and study the Alxa Left Banner seven track and field coaches and a random sample of 150 track and field athletes, understands Alxa Left Banner of track and field athletes training present situation, finds out the problems, and puts forward the corresponding development strategy, which not only can improve the level of Alxa Left Banner track and field athletes, but also can provide theoretical guidance for the development of track and field sports. Based on this, relevant conclusions are drawn as follows: 1) The age of track and field coaches is reasonable, but the grade, training level and scientific research ability of coaches need to be further improved. 2) The purpose of track and field reserve talent training is clear and the enthusiasm of training is relatively high. 3) The selection of track and field materials is mainly based on experience and natural selection, lacking scientific basis. 4) Track and field reserve talent to participate in the competition is less;the psychological quality of the team is poor;it is difficult to play a normal level in the competition. 5) The training site and equipment can basically meet the needs of training.
