摘要
“三全育人”是新时代党和国家对高校思想政治工作提出的新任务和新要求,同时也是高校进行心理健康教育的指导准则。在高职院校中占有极高比重的农村学生群体心理健康情况不容乐观,高职院校的心理健康教育呈现出全员未形成合力、全过程链环缺失、全方位方法单一的问题。在“三全育人”视域下,根据维果茨基心理发展观的需要,应秉持全员、全过程、全方位的育人原则持续推进与创新高职农村学生的心理健康教育路径。通过改革考核,全员合力共育、因时制宜,全过程一路同行、多管齐下,全方位全面助力来实现责分全员、从一而终、多元融合的局面。希望能助推高校心理健康工作体系的完善,落实人才培养目标,最终实现高职农村学生心理健康教育的蓝图。
“Three full education” is the new task and new requirement of the Party and the state to the ideo-logical and political work of colleges and universities in the new era, and it is also the guiding prin-ciple of mental health education in colleges and universities. The mental health situation of rural students, which occupies a very high proportion in higher vocational colleges, is not optimistic. The problems of mental health education in higher vocational colleges are that all the staff have not formed a joint force, the whole process of the chain is missing, and the all-round method is single. According to the need of Vygotsky’s psychological development concept, the mental health educa-tion path of rural students in higher vocational colleges should be continuously promoted and in-novated according to the principle of education of the whole staff, the whole process and all aspects. Through the reform and assessment, all staff join forces to co-breed, adapt to the situation, the whole process along the way, multi-pronged, all-round and comprehensive help to achieve the re-sponsibility of all staff, from one end to the end, multiple integration situation. It is hoped that it can promote the improvement of the mental health work system in colleges and universities, imple-ment the goal of talent training, and finally realize the blueprint of mental health education for ru-ral students in higher vocational colleges.
