摘要
《亲社会行为对幸福感的影响及其心理机制》一书,综合采取横断研究、追踪研究、实验研究、日记研究和干预研究等多种方法系列论证了亲社会行为对幸福感的即时性影响和延时性影响。并基于自我决定理论视角下的基本心理需要理论和有机整合理论,考察了亲社会行为影响幸福感的中介机制和调节机制:基本心理需要满足的中介作用和亲社会动机的调节作用。对于丰富亲社会行为领域的研究有着重要的理论意义,对于亲社会行为和幸福感水平提升有着重要的实践意义。该书还从实施者、接受者和旁观者多主体视角入手,从整体上理解亲社会行为对幸福感的影响,提升亲社会行为发生过程中所有当事人的幸福感,有助于了解亲社会行为广泛传递的机制,构建和谐、互助、充满正能量的社会氛围。该书获得了诸多有价值的研究结果,为“善有善报”的心理学机制研究提供了实证依据。
In the book “The influence of prosocial behavior on happiness and its psychological mechanism”, a series of methods such as cross-sectional research, follow-up research, experimental research, diary research and intervention research were adopted to demonstrate the immediate and delayed influence of prosocial behavior on happiness. Based on the theory of basic psychological needs and the theory of organic integration from the perspective of self-determination theory, this book studied the mediating and moderating mechanisms of prosocial behavior affecting happiness: the mediating role of basic psychological needs satisfaction and the moderating role of prosocial motivation. This book has important theoretical significance for enriching the research in the field of prosocial behavior and practical significance for promoting the level of prosocial behavior and well-being. From the perspective of implementer, receiver and bystander, the book also understudied the influence of prosocial behavior on happiness as a whole, improved the happiness of all parties involved in the process of prosocial behavior, helped to understand the mechanism of widespread transmission of prosocial behavior, and constructed a harmonious, mutual aid and positive energy social atmosphere. This book has obtained many valuable research results, which provided empirical basis for the psychological mechanism of “one good return deserves another”.
