摘要
采用溶剂热法制备了大量小尺寸铜铁锡硫(CFTS)纳米晶,通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、拉曼光谱等多种手段对CFTS的尺寸、形貌、结构和组成进行表征。结果表明,产物为尺寸均一、分散性良好的纳米晶,平均粒径为13.18 nm。以亚甲基蓝(MB)有机染料为目标污染物模型,探讨了CFTS纳米晶对MB分子的可见光催化性能。实验研究表明,经可见光催化70 min后,CFTS纳米晶对MB的降解率高达81.25%,经5次可见光催化循环后,仍保持良好的催化性能。CFTS纳米晶具有优越的可见光催化性能,在纳米光催化领域具有巨大的应用前景。
Small Cu2FeSnS4 (CFTS) nanocrystals were synthesized via a facile solvothermal method in large quantity. The morphology, size, structure and composition of the as-synthesized CFTS were characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM, EDS and Raman scattering spectra. The results showed that the products were nanocrystals with average particle size of 13.18 nm, uniform size and good dis-persibility. The visible light photocatalytic activity of the as-obtained CFTS was investigated by degradation of methylene blue (MB). The results of the experiment indicated that the as-synthesized CFTS nanocrystals exhibited an enhanced photocatalytic activity with 81.25% degradation of MB after 70 min reaction under visible light irradiation, and the photocatalytic activity remained effective after 5 cycles. These results demonstrated that the CFTS nanocrystals could be a promising photocatalyst and have a great application prospect.
