摘要
本研究基于安全岛疗法(Safe Place Therapy)的心理学理论框架,构建了多模态感知融合的沉浸式疗愈空间系统。该体系整合脑机接口技术(BCI)、生成式人工智能(AIGC)与交互式艺术装置,构建了具有动态自适应能力的心理干预环境。研究采用神经工效学设计方法,通过非侵入式脑电信号采集装置(Emotiv EPOC+)实时获取用户α波(8~13 Hz)与β波(13~30 Hz)的功率谱密度参数,建立基于机器学习的情绪状态可视化映射机制。同时,运用生成对抗网络(GAN)架构开发了视觉场景动态生成算法,实现疗愈环境要素(色温、形态、运动轨迹)与用户情绪状态的实时交互响应。研究创新性地提出“神经反馈–生成算法–空间形态”的三元耦合模型,为认知心理学与数字疗法的跨学科研究提供了新的理论框架。This study constructs a multimodal sensory-integrated immersive therapy space system based on the psychological theoretical framework of Safe Place Therapy. The system integrates Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) technology, Generative Artificial Intelligence (AIGC), and interactive art installations to establish a psychologically-interventional environment with dynamic adaptive capabilities. Employing neuroergonomic design methodology, the research utilizes a non-invasive electroencephalogram (EEG) signal acquisition device (Emotiv EPOC+) to obtain real-time power spectral density parameters of users’ alpha waves (8~12 Hz) and beta waves (12~30 Hz), establishing a machine learning-based emotion state visualization mapping mechanism. Concurrently, a visual scene dynamic generation algorithm was developed using the Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) framework, achieving real-time interactive responses between therapeutic environmental elements (chromatic temperature, morphology, motion trajectories) and users’ emotional states. The study innovatively proposes a “neurofeedback-generation algorithm-spatial configuration” triadic coupling model, providing a novel theoretical framework for interdisciplinary research in cognitive psychology and digital therapeutics.
