摘要
随着社会的不断发展以及科技水平的不断提高,人与人之间的交流变得更加多样化,随之而来的带来了负面效应——谣言泛滥。谣言给社会带来了巨大的危害,模糊了主流的价值观,破坏正常的社会秩序,危害公共安全,无论是从法律的层面,还是从伦理的层面,谣言都成为了亟待解决的问题。本文对谣言治理进行了伦理学角度的探讨,首先,从谣言的产生和治理现状分析当前谣言的来源以及谣言治理的成果;其次,从伦理学角度对于谣言产生的根源问题进行深刻剖析,最后,对谣言治理进行了伦理反思,进一步提出了相应的对策与措施,从而促进谣言治理得到正确落实。
With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of technological level, communication between people has become more diverse, which has brought negative effects-rampant rumors. Rumors have brought enormous harm to society, blurring mainstream values, disrupting normal social order, and endangering public safety. Whether from a legal or ethical perspective, rumors have become an urgent problem to be solved. This article explores rumor governance from an ethical perspective. Firstly, it analyzes the origin of rumors and the achievements of rumor governance from the perspective of rumor generation and governance status. Secondly, from the perspective of ethics, the root causes of rumors are deeply analyzed. Finally, the ethical re-flection on rumor governance is carried out, and the corresponding countermeasures and measures are further proposed, so as to promote the correct implementation of rumor governance.
