摘要
肺炎支原体肺炎是由肺炎支原体感染引起的儿童常见肺部感染性疾病,如何早期发现、合理救治重症病例是其诊治核心内容,因此本文主要从重症肺炎支原体肺炎的流行病学特征、诊断及预测、治疗方案进行综述,以期为临床工作及科学研究提供参考方向。Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is a common pulmonary infectious disease in children caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Early detection and reasonable treatment of severe cases are the core content of its diagnosis and treatment. Consequently, this article primarily focuses on the epidemiological characteristics and diagnosis of severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, as well as predictions and treatment plans. The aim is to provide valuable insights for clinical practice and scientific research.
