本文旨在回顾右美托咪定复合艾司氯胺酮在临床应用中的最新研究进展,涵盖麻醉、疼痛管理、重症监护、精神健康治疗以及老年患者管理等多个领域。通过综合分析多项临床研究,探讨该联合用药策略在提高治疗效果、减少不良反应和改善患者预后方面的潜力。此外,本文还指出了未来研究的方向和挑战,为临床医生提供基于证据的实践指导。The purpose of this paper is to review the recent research progress of dexmedetomidine combined with esketamine in clinical application, covering multiple fields such as anesthesia, pain manage-ment, intensive care, mental health treatment and management of elderly patients. Through a comprehensive analysis of multiple clinical studies, and improving patient outcomes was discussed. In addition, this paper also points out the direction and potential of future research, and provides evidence guidance for clinicians.
