摘要
目的:本研究旨在评估聚焦解决模式护理干预对于中青年首次PCI患者在手术后对疾病不确定性和自我管理行为的具体影响。方法:选取了2023年1月至2023年12月在山东某三甲医院心内科首次接受PCI术的中青年患者88例,依据数字表法随机分为对照组和干预组,每组44例。对照组接受常规护理;干预组接受常规护理与聚焦解决模式的干预。比较两组患者干预后1个月、3个月在疾病不确定感、冠心病自我管理得分差异。结果:经过1个月、3个月的干预,干预组疾病不确定感得分明显低于对照组,冠心病自我管理得分明显高于对照组,差异在统计学上有意义(P < 0.05)。结论:聚焦解决模式的护理干预可以显著减少疾病的不确定感,有效地增强自我管理行为,促进疾病的恢复。
Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the specific effects of focused resolution nursing intervention on disease uncertainty and self-management behavior in young and middle-aged patients with first-time PCI after surgery. Methods: A total of 88 middle-aged and young patients who underwent PCI for the first time in the Department of Cardiology of a Grade-A hospital in Shandong Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to the number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing;the intervention group received routine care and focused solution mode intervention. The differences of disease uncertainty and CHD self-management scores were compared between the two groups 1 month and 3 months after intervention. Results: After 1 month and 3 months of intervention, the score of disease uncertainty in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the score of coronary heart disease self-management was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The focused solution mode of nursing intervention can significantly reduce the uncertainty of the disease, effectively enhance self-management behavior, and promote the recovery of the disease.
