摘要
腰椎间盘突出症在临床中较为常见,发病后极大影响了人们的正常生活。该疾病的治疗方式包含手术治疗与保守治疗,手术治疗后创伤较大且术后有诱发并发症的风险,保守治疗则操作相对简单且对患者机体损伤较小、疗效显著。在保守治疗中针灸治疗最受欢迎,已广泛应用于临床。本文将近年来针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的文献进行综述,为临床治疗腰椎间盘突出提供新思路。
Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease in clinical practice, which greatly affects people’s normal life after onset. The treatment of this disease includes surgical treatment and conservative treatment. Surgical treatment is more invasive and has the risk of inducing complications after operation, while conservative treatment is relatively simple and has less body damage and significant curative effect. Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is the most popular among conservative treatments and has been widely used in clinical practice. This article reviews the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lumbar disc herniation in recent years, providing new ideas for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
