摘要
2型糖尿病(T2DM)和亚临床甲减(SCH)是两种常见的慢性疾病。近年来研究发现,T2DM合并SCH患者在临床中并不少见,且此类患者罹患心血管疾病的风险显著增加。本文旨在围绕T2DM合并SCH对心血管疾病影响的研究进展展开综述,一方面提高我们对这两种疾病的理解,另一方面,为临床提供更有效的预防和治疗策略。
Type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) are two common chronic conditions. In recent years, studies have found that patients with T2DM combined with SCH are not uncommon in clinical practice, and such patients have a significantly increased risk of cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this article is to review the research progress on the effect of T2DM combined with SCH on cardiovascular disease, on the one hand, to improve our understanding of these two diseases, on the other hand, to provide more effective prevention and treatment strategies for clinical.
