基于TI-RADS分类的结节纵横比对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断价值

摘要 甲状腺肿瘤(Thyroid tumor)的发病率在全球范围内持续上升,女性发病率明显高于男性。尤其是随着成像技术的不断发展,结节检出率明显提高,甲状腺癌在我国已成为增长速度最快的恶性肿瘤。目前,诊断甲状腺肿瘤与进行癌症初步风险分层的最主要工具是甲状腺超声。结节纵横比(A/T) > 1是甲状腺恶性结节的独立危险因素,可以作为超声检查筛查甲状腺癌的有价值的指标。 The incidence rate of thyroid tumors continues to rise worldwide, and the incidence rate of women is significantly higher than that of men. Especially with the continuous development of imaging technology, the detection rate of nodules has significantly improved, and thyroid cancer has become the fastest growing malignant tumor in China. Currently, the most important tool for diagnosing thyroid tumors and conducting preliminary cancer risk stratification is thyroid ultrasound. Nodular aspect ratio (A/T) > 1 is an independent risk factor for thyroid malignant nodules and can be used as a valuable indicator for ultrasound screening for thyroid cancer.
