摘要
心率变异性是检查自主神经功能活动的常用无创方法,缺血性脑卒中主要以针刺治疗为主,在疾病恢复期通过心率变异性能够对患者疾病的预后、治疗效果进行评估,具有一定的研究价值。本文系统阐述了心率变异性的相关概念、机制、临床应用及缺血性脑卒中的定义、针刺治疗,并对心率变异性在临床中的重要地位进行展望。
Heart rate variability (HRV) is a commonly used non-invasive method to check autonomic function activity. Ischemic stroke is mainly treated with acupuncture, and HRV is valuable in assessing the prognosis and treatment effect of patients during the recovery period. This paper systematically describes the concepts, mechanisms, clinical applications, definitions of ischaemic stroke, acupunc-ture treatment, and provides an outlook on the importance of HRV in clinical practice.
