摘要
子宫肌瘤是孕龄期妇女最常见的良性肿瘤,肌瘤相关症状严重影响女性身心健康及生活质量。目前子宫肌瘤治疗主要包括药物治疗、子宫切除术、子宫肌瘤剔除术、子宫动脉栓塞术及射频消融等微创技术。治疗必须根据症状、肌瘤的大小和位置、年龄、患者保持生育能力或子宫的需求和愿望、治疗的可用性以及医师的经验进行个体化。
Uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumors in women of pregnancy age, and fi-broid-related symptoms seriously affect women’s physical and mental health and quality of life. At present, the treatment of uterine fibroids mainly includes minimally invasive techniques such as drug therapy, hysterectomy, myomectomy, uterine artery embolization and radiofrequency abla-tion. Treatment must be individualized based on symptoms, size and location of fibroids, age, pa-tient’s needs and desires to preserve fertility or the uterus, availability of treatments, and physician experience.
