虚拟导航支气管镜对肺外周病变的诊断价值评估 被引量:1

摘要 由于低剂量螺旋CT逐渐应用到肺癌的早期筛查,诊断肺结节病的患者愈发增多,因此对于肺结节性质的判断显得尤为重要,但仅从影像学的表现判断良恶性漏诊或误诊率较高,尽管经CT引导下经胸针吸活检成为诊断肺结节病的标准诊断方法,但该方法并发症较多且发生率较高。近年来,虚拟导航支气管诊断肺外周病变已成为一种有效方式,本文总结了国内外有关虚拟导航支气管镜的研究,就虚拟导航支气管镜对于肺外周病变的诊断价值进行综述。 As low-dose computed tomography is gradually applied to the early screening of lung cancer, more and more patients are diagnosed with pulmonary sarcoidosis. Therefore, it is particularly important to judge the nature of pulmonary nodules. However, the missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis rate of benign and malignant is high only from the imaging performance. Although transthoracic needle aspiration biopsy guided by CT has become the standard diagnostic method for the diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis, this method has many complications and high incidence. In recent years, virtual navigation bronchoscopy has become an effective way to diagnose peripheral lung lesions. This article summarizes the research on virtual navigation bronchoscopy at home and abroad, and reviews the diagnostic value of virtual navigation bronchoscopy for peripheral pulmonary lesions.
