摘要
本文介绍了基于需求的管理(Demand BasedManagement,DBM)的概念;通过案例分析总结了基于需求的管理与供应链管理(SupplyChainManagement,SCM)之间可能存在的矛盾;然后主要针对需求的不完全外生性,详细讨论了协调DBM与SCM的策略;最后指出应用这些策略的注意事项。
This paper introduces the concept of Demand-Based Management(DBM).Base on case studies,pitfalls stemming from Supply Chain Management without properly using DBM are pointed out.Measures to produce harmony between DBM and SCM are detailed discussed focusing on demand pattern,which is not a totally exogenous variable.Then some advice on using these measures are gave as the conclusion of this paper.
