摘要
以 2 0 0 2年为例分析了黑龙江省夏季气象条件特点 ,概述了水稻低温冷害和稻瘟病等灾害发生情况 ,根据生产损失调查结果 。
The characteristics of meteorological conditions for the summer of 2002 in the Heilongjiang Province were analyzed, compared with the occurrences of rice chilling injury and rice blast. The reasons and suitable countermeasures of rice chilling injury were put forward.
