摘要
以河南省储备库储藏小麦为样品,从入库小麦质量、储藏年限、储藏仓型及方式、储藏类型等方面研究造成陈化小麦影响因素,得出:入库小麦质量,尤其是芽麦和不完善粒超标是造成陈化小麦主要影响因素,储藏年限、储藏仓型和方式及分布区域对于导致小麦陈化也起着重要作用,储备小麦轮换不应以储藏时间为依据,而应以储备小麦质量为依据。
The wheat reserved at Henan province were samp led and analyzed for studying on influencing factors of aging wheat from its initial reserved quality, storage time, storage form, method and type. The results showed: the wheat's initial reserved quality, especially faulty grain and budding wheat, is a chief influencing factor of wheat aging. Storage time, storage form, method and area have very important effects on wheat aging, too. Alternation of storage wheat should not be independed on storage time but on its quality.
