摘要
将1曰龄的AA鸡160羽随机分成4组:Ⅰ组(对照组)鸡喂基础曰粮;Ⅱ组鸡喂基础曰粮添加镉1mg/kg(以3CdSO4·8H2O折算,下同);Ⅲ组鸡喂基础曰粮添加镉10mg/kg;Ⅳ组鸡喂基础曰粮添加镉100mg/kg。试验鸡按组分舍试验49d,测定鸡的血液生化指标。结果表明:饲镉组鸡血清Ca、P、TP、A1b的含量和Cp、ALP的活性均低于对照组,且IV组与对照组间差异极显著(P<0.01),血清UrA、AST、ALT的活性均高于对照组,但各组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。
One hundred and sixty 1-day-aged chickens were allocated into four groups of forty, the chickens of group Ⅰ were only fed on the basic diet, besides the same diets as the chickens of group Ⅰ, the group Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ were supplemented with 1,10 and 100 mg/kg Cd basic diet(as 3CdSO4·8H2O). Every group were fed in isolation for 49 days, their biochemical indexes were determined. The experiment results showed that:the differences in the values of total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), alkaline phosphatase (ALp), serum calcium (Ca), serum phosphorus (P) and serum ceruloplasmin (Cp) were significant between group I and IV (P<0.01), while as the values of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and serum urea acid (UrA) were not significant between them(P>0.05).
