摘要
采用粉状钴(镍)、稀土氧化物和CaH_2为原料,在氢气氛下进行还原扩散。本文主要在制备SmCo_5、NdNi_5和YNi_5基础上对还原扩散过程进行研究。实验结果表明在整个还原扩散过程中,只要温度足够高,将存在二个还原反应,二个扩散反应,一个取代反应和一个分解反应。初步探讨了还原扩散过程的机理。
Rare earth-Cobalt (Nickel) intermetallic compounds were prepared by means ofreduction-diffusion from Ni (Co), Re2O3 (Re = Sm, Nd……) and CaH2 powder, Basedon the preparation of SmCo5, NdNi5 and YNi6, the reduction-diffusion process have been studied. The experimental results show that if temperature is high enough, there are two reduction and two diffusion reaction as well as one substitution reaction and one decomposition reaction in the reduction-diffusion process.
