摘要
本文对超音速半穿甲弹丸的壳体结构进行了实验研究,采用相对运动的方法使炸药驱动飞板碰撞静止的弹丸。应用闪光X光摄影技术观测“弹-靶”碰撞时刻的变形及穿甲过程。实验结果表明,截卵形弹丸在M=2~3的碰撞速度下,弹丸壳体在“头-柱”过渡区最大变形率约2.5~4.4%,其综合性能比本文选用的其它弹形均好。
The shell structure of a supersonic semi-armor-piercing warhead was studied experimentally in this paper. A plate driven by an explosive device impacts the rest warhead. The flash X-ray techuique was used to observe the shell deformation and the process of penetration of the warhead into the plate.The results show that when the truncated ellipsoid head under the impact velocity of M= 2 -3, the maximum deformation of the transcient region from its head to cylinder was lea than 2. 5-4. 4%. According to its synthetical performance,it is the best form as compared with others which we have studied.
