摘要
“政府医疗机构补助受益分布案例研究”是“卫生领域公平性系列研究”的组成部分。运用公平性测量方法,对甘肃省进行个案研究,测量与分析不同人群享受政府医疗补助的分布情况。在分析的基础上,提出政府医疗补助应该提高目标针对性,注重向贫困人口和其他弱势群体倾斜,以达到消除贫困,促进社会公平的目的。
Case study on benefit incidence analysis of government subsidy for medical facilities is a component of Equity Research in Health Areas.In this article,we apply quantitative techniques of equity research to measure and analyze the equity of government subsidy within different kinds of population in Gansu province.And based on the research result,we conclude that government subsidy for medical facilities should improve targeting efficiency for poor people and other vulnerable people to reduce poverty and promote social equity.
