摘要
社会中介组织作为两者的“中介”,一方面可以提高政府管理社会的水平 ,促进政府职能转变 ,完善政府管理体制 ,增强政府行政的能力和效能 ;另一方面也可以强化社会的自我管理 ,使政府与社会的关系真正进入市场经济下的良性循环。在对现阶段发展消防中介组织分析的基础上 ,针对目前消防中介组织发展中存在的问题 。
Well coordingating the relations of governmental administrative department and society is an important aspect of the current administrative structural refom.As the agency of both,social agency organizations on the one hand can enhance the administrating level of government towards society,promoting the conversion of governmental functions,perfecting the governmental administrative system and strengthening the ability and effectiveness of governmental administration;on the other hand,it can intensify the self-management of the society,making the relations of government and society really enter the positive cycles under market economy.Under the basis of thoroughly and comprehensive analysis of the operation significance of developing firefighting agency organizations on the stage,aiming at the problems existing while developing firefighting agency organizations, a series of constructive effective measures cultivating and developing firefinghting agency organizations are brought out.
