摘要
目的 :研究牵牛子泻下的有效成分 ,为建立其质量标准奠定基础。方法 :采用硅胶柱层析和SephadexLH 2 0进行纯化 ,通过各种光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 :从牵牛子 70 %乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物中分离得到大黄素甲醚 (Ⅰ ) ,大黄素 (Ⅱ ) ,大黄酚 (Ⅲ ) ,咖啡酸乙酯 (Ⅳ ) ,咖啡酸 (Ⅴ ) ,α 乙基 D 吡喃半乳糖苷 (Ⅵ ) ,β胡萝卜甙 (Ⅶ ) ,β谷甾醇 (Ⅷ )。 结论 :化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从牵牛属植物中分离得到。
AIM:To study the active constituents with the purgative action and to establish quality standard in Semen pharbitidis. METHOD: Separation and purification were performed on silica gel and sephadex LH-20,and the structures were elucidated by various spectroscopic data. RESULT: Eight compounds were isolated from n-Butanol fraction and ethyl acetate fraction of 70% ethanol extract,and identified as physcion(Ⅰ),emodin(Ⅱ),chrysophanol(Ⅲ),ethyl caffeate(Ⅳ),caffeic acid(Ⅴ),α-ethyl-O-D-galactopyran(Ⅵ),daucosterol(Ⅶ),β-sitosterol(Ⅷ),respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ were isolated from the genus Pharbitis for the first time.
