摘要
目的探讨胫骨远端粉碎性骨折临床治疗效果。方法对9例胫骨远端骨折,依据分型,分别用外固定支架及内固定治疗。结果随访6～13个月,根据Olerud评定标准优3例,良5例,差1例。结论无论是外固定支架或内固定治疗,均可使骨折端良好复位,固定可靠,可早期下床功能锻炼。
Objective To explore the clinical results of surgical procedures for splintered distal tibial factures. Methods 9 cases of splintered distal tibial facture were treated with either internal or external fixation according to Ruedi Allgowers classification. Results The follow ups of 6 to 13 months showed there were 3 excellent cases, 5 fine cases and 1 poor case by Oleruds criteria. Conclusion Anatomic reduction and rigid fixation can be obtained with either internal or external fixation in treatment of distal tibial factures. The patients can also undergo out of bed functional exercises at an early stage.
