摘要
针对防震减灾信息和辅助决策系统面临的挑战和困难,依据分布式GIS技术,提出了分布式防震减灾信息和辅助决策系统的结构组成,并以大庆油田防震减灾信息和辅助决策系统为基础,初步设计了基于WebGIS的分布式防震减灾系统的技术路线,指出了还需探讨和研究的若干细节问题.
According to the world trend, the current development and the system structure of distributed GIS are reviewed. The weaknesses of systems for earthquake disaster reduction are pointed out. The distributed system model for earthquake disaster reduction is also presented. Based upon the Daqing Oil Field Information and Decision-making Support System for Earthquake Disaster Reduction, a WebGIS based distributed system is primarily designed. Several detailed research tendencies are presented.
