摘要
区域经济扩散和产业转移是经济发展到一定阶段的产物。我国目前大规模区域经济扩散和产业转移的时机尚不成熟。只有在宏观上推行差异化的区域经济政策并制定具体可行的措施,才能够加速区域经济发展,为经济扩散和产业转移创造条件。
Regional economic pervasion and industrial transfer are restrained by many factors, which would emerge only when the productivity advanced to some standard. In China, large scale of regional economic pervasion and industry transfer are not matured yet. Only when environment of regional economic pervasion and industry transfer was created after the macro differential economical policies were adopted, the regional economic would be improved
