掺杂Cu的TiO_2纳米粒子的制备、表征及其光催化活性 被引量:24

摘要 采用 Sol-gel法制备了纯的和掺杂不同量 Cu的 Ti O2 纳米粒子 ,并用 TG-DTA,XRD,XPS,UV-Vis和荧光光谱对样品进行了表征 ,考察焙烧温度和 Cu含量对 Ti O2 纳米粒子的性质及光催化活性的影响 ,初步探讨了 Cu的掺杂对 Ti O2 相变的作用机制及样品荧光光谱与光催化活性的关系 .结果表明 ,Cu2 + 的掺杂对 Ti O2 的相变有很大的促进作用 ,并使其光谱响应范围向可见光区拓展 .Cu的掺杂未引起新的荧光现象 ,但适量 Cu的掺杂能够降低 Ti O2 纳米粒子的荧光强度 .此外 ,在光催化降解苯酚的实验中 ,于 5 0 0℃处理的掺杂 Cu的 Ti O2 纳米粒子的光催化活性较高 ,与表征结果一致 .而掺杂不同量 Cu的 Ti O2 的光催化活性顺序与样品荧光光谱强度的顺序相反 ,即荧光光谱强度越低 ,其光催化活性越高 . In this work,pure and Cu doped TiO_2 nanoparticles with different molar fractions of Cu were prepared by a sol-gel process,and were characterized by means of XRD,TG-DTA,XPS,DRS and FS spectra. We mainly investigated the effects of calcining temperature and Cu content on the properties and the photocatalytic activity of as-prepared TiO_2 samples,and also discussed the relationships between FS spectra and photocatalytic activity as well as the mechanisms of Cu doping on TiO_2 phase transformation. The results showed that Cu 2+ dopant greatly promoted TiO_2 phase transformation,and made the optic response range of TiO_2 nanoparticles expand to the visual light,Cu dopant did not give rise to new FS phenomena,but it could make the FS intensity decrease with an appropriate Cu content. Moreover,in the experiment of photocatalytic degradation phenol,Cu doped TiO_2 nanoparticles calcined at 500 ℃ exhibited a higher photocatalytic activity,corresponding to the characterization results. The order of photocatalytic activity of Cu doped TiO_2 samples with different molar fractions of Cu was opposite to the orders of their PL intensity,namely,the weaker the PL intensity,the higher the photocatalytic activity. This could be explained by the points that the dopant Cu 2+ could capture photoinduced electrons not only to make the FS intensity decrease during the process of photoluminescence but also to promote the oxidation of organic pollutants during the process of photocatalytic reaction.
