摘要
党的十六届三中全会为今后改革指明了方向 ,研究兵团图书馆事业宏观管理正是其指导思想在图书馆学界的应用和实践 ,本文通过分析兵团图书馆事业宏观管理的制约因素 ,提出兵团图书馆事业宏观管理应遵循的特殊原则以及完善兵团图书馆事业宏观管理若干建议。
