摘要
铁路实施跨越式发展战略,迫切需要进行提升铁路设备质量,扩充铁路运输能力。但目前铁路发展建设面临着融资渠道单一,建设资金严重不足,传统融资方式已无法满足铁路战略发展的需要。为此,必须扩大铁路融资渠道,规范资本市场运作,使铁路发展获得资本市场的大力支持。
To implement the leaping development strategy, it needs to improvethe quality of railway equipments and enhance railway transportation ability.However railways are currently facing the problems of monotone financingchannel and insufficient construction capital, thus traditional financing modecan no more meet the demands of strategic development of railway. Therefore,it is necessary to diversify financing resources and standardize the operationin capital market so that railway development can obtain a powerful supportfrom capital market.
