摘要
在柔性制造系统(FMS)的工件装卸站进行待加工工件识别对保证FMS正常可靠运行有重要意义。该文讨论了一种以机器视觉为基础的工件识别装置,它利用边缘作为特征,采用局部特征匹配技术,再配以适合工业现场使用的硬件系统,完成了一个用于BQ-FMS的工件识别装置的研制工作。试验及现场使用都表明该装置能满足实时性和可靠性要求。
This paper discusses the part recognition apparatus usedin FMS to ensure safety in the system. This apparatus is finished byedge features,technique of matching based part features and hardwaresystem in industrial site. The use and experiment show the apparatuscan ensure reliability and real time.
