摘要
针对螺杆泵采油系统现有两种驱动方式存在的不足 ,对径向尺寸小 ,承载能力强、工作可靠的滚道式减速器用于螺杆泵采油系统的可行性和前景做了研究 ,认为这种减速器非常适合驱动采油螺杆泵 ,采用它不仅可以使螺杆泵具有较低而稳定的转数和较大扭矩 ,且能够与多种规格的螺杆泵匹配。讨论了滚道式减速器的结构、工作原理及若干关键技术问题。从室内力学性能测试与工作模态分析结果来看 ,已经加工出的滚道式减速器基本达到预期技术要求。实践表明 ,以滚道式减速器作为井下驱动螺杆泵减速装置完全可行 ,该减速器的开发应用将为我国油田开发带来巨大经济效益。
The feasibility of applying raceway reducer on screw pump system is investigated. And it is indicated that the raceway reducer is very suitable for the drive of the screw pump. By using this kind of reducer, low and constant numberof turns and large torque of screw pump can be obtained. The design feature and operating principle and key techniques of the raceway reducer are described. The result of test and analysis proves the raceway reducer has been made with desired technical parameters. Practice shows that the raceway reducer can be used for screw pump system in oil production.
