摘要 脊椎动物心肌细胞形成和分化是胚胎细胞一系列特定基因的精确转录表达过程,细胞内Ca2+信号转导系统在此起着重要的作用。该文对Ca2+依赖性转录过程:Ca2+/CaM/CaN/NF AT/GATA 4转录信号途径和Ca2+/CaM/CaMK/HDAC/MEF2转录信号途径指导下的心肌细胞的形成与分化研究进展作一综述。 The process of cardiomyogenesis and cardiomyocyte differentiation in vertebrates is complex,which is controlled by a series of cardiac embryonic genes.The underlying calcium signaling pathways are important to the expression of these genes.The role of calcium-dependent transcription process,Ca^(2+)/CaM/CaN/NF-AT/GATA-4 transcription pathway and Ca^(2+)/CaM/CaMK/HDAC/MEF2 transcription pathway,in cardiomyogenesis and cardiomyocyte differentiation are reviewed.
