关于鼓式制动器效能因数变化特性的新探讨 被引量:6

摘要 为探索改进鼓式制动器性能的设计方法,首先从制动效能因数的计算公式入手,分析单自由度和二自由度制动蹄效能因数随摩擦片上径向合力作用点位置和摩擦系数变化的特性;其次通过对有关公式的进一步变换与推导,将制动效能因数分解为分别取决于制动蹄的杠杆增力作用和摩擦自增势(或自减势)作用的两部分,进而分析每部分制动效能因数随摩擦片上径向合力作用点位置和摩擦系数的变化特性。最后提出提高制动效能及其稳定性的有效途径,为传统鼓式制动器的改进提供理论基础。 To find some approaches to improve performance of the drum brakes,the shoe factors of the single and two-degree-of-freedom brake shoes and their two important influential factors are analyzed;one is the position of the radial resultant counterforce on the shoe lining against the drum,the other is the coefficient of friction between the drum and lining.The shoe factors are divided into two components,and each is related directly to one of the two influential factors.The change of each shoe factor component with the two influential factors is analyzed in detail,and then a number of very instructive conclusions are reached.Finally,a suggestions are made for improving the currently-used drum brakes,which are also the basic principles for creation of new-type drum brakes.
