摘要
因循守旧、安于现状的保安心态,亦工亦农的兼业型特点,家庭可支配收入低下,培训本身存在严重问题,没有就业准入的门槛,这些因素导致农民工缺乏主动参与培训的积极性.为此,政府要加强对农民工培训工作的领导,让农民工充分感受到党和政府的深切关怀;还要构筑适合农民工的教育培训体系,让农民工愿意参加培训.
The authors analyse the reasons for peasant workers lacking the initiative of parcipating training, put forward some policy-related suggestions on promoting peasant workers to participate training positively.
