摘要
目的评价彩色多普勒在宫外孕诊断中的价值。方法对临床拟诊的宫外孕62例患者经二维图像、彩色多普勒显像、频普多普勒技术分析与病理结果对照,分析其诊断的正确性。结果62例超声诊断的宫外孕中55例正确诊断,诊断符合率为88.7%。结论彩色多普勒诊断宫外孕具有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate the applied value of color Doppler in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy.Methods sixty-two patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy underwent two dimensional color Doppler flow imaging and spectral Doppler analysis.The results were compared with pathologic findings to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler.Results Among 62 cases of ectopic pregnancy indicated by ultrasonography,55 cases were accurately demonstrated (accuracy of 88.7 %).Conclusion Color Doppler plays an important role in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy.
