摘要
[目的 ]观察一种以乌龙茶为主要成分的复合茶对血脂的调节作用。[方法 ]选取 48只 2月龄雌性SD大鼠按体重大小随机分为 6组。分别为空白对照组 ,高脂模型组 ,高、中、低剂量复合茶组和乌龙茶组进行干预试验。[结果 ]预防性干预 2个月后 ,模型组大鼠体重较空白对照组显著增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而高、中剂量复合茶与乌龙茶均可显著控制大鼠体重的增长。高脂模型组大鼠血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG )含量均较空白对照组显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)比空白对照组有显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;高、中和低剂量复合茶组大鼠TC、TG含量均比高脂模型组有所降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而HDL C含量高于高脂模型组 (P <0 0 5 )。高剂量和中剂量复合茶组大鼠肝脏匀浆肝脂酶 (HL)活性较高脂模型组显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,粪便中脂肪含量显著增加 (P <0 0 5 )。[结论 ]乌龙茶对血脂的调节作用与中剂量复合茶组相近 ,但是二者对HL和经粪便排泄的总脂肪量的影响存在显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。
[Objective] To explore the adjustment effect of compound tea on blood-lipid in hyperlipidmia rats. [Method] 48 female SD rats of 2 months old were divided randomly into 6 groups by body weight: control group (A), Hyperlipidemia model group (B), compound tea group (high, middle and low dose as C, D, E ) and Wulong tea group (F) and intervention tests were carried out. [Results] After 2 months, the weight of group B was higher than group A (P<0.05). The weights of group C, D, E and F were lower than of group B (P<0.05). The content of serum total cholesterol (CT) and triglyceride (TG) of group B were higher and high density lipoprotein (HDL) was lower than that of group A (P<0.05). CT and TG of group C and D were lower and HDL-C was higher than group B (P<0.05). Hepatic Lipase activities of group C and D were higher than group B and the fat content in feces was increased (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The adjustment effect of Wulong tea on blood-lipid is similar with compound tea in middle dose and the Hyperlipidemia activities and total fat in feces are higher than Hyperlipidemia model group.
