摘要
针对我国社会转型时期对竞技体育带来的变化,结合美国、德国两个市场经济占主导的体育大国体育竞技后备人才培养模式,深入探讨了我国特定社会发展时期体育后备人才的培养,并就目前存在于我国竞技体育后备人才培养中的诸多问题进行深入剖析。
By comparison the difference between Chinese and foreign model in sports talent cultivation,the author finds that there are a lots of problems existed in ours,and he thinks that we can learn a lots from others in this field.
