摘要
目的:调查2型糖尿病患者社会支持评分对疗效的影响,总结其规律,寻求增加社会支持的可能性。方法:91例2型糖尿病患者常规治疗结束后1周内接受了社会支持评定量表的测评。结果:全部患者中显效19例(20.9%),有效59例(64.8%),无效13例(14.3%),总有效率85.7%。显效与有效患者社会支持总分为37.41±10.53,无效患者为29.56±8.78,前者显著高于后者(t=2.284,P<0.05)。主观支持维度比较中显效与有效患者各条目得分及主观支持总分明显高于无效患者(P<0.01—0.05)。客观支持维度比较中,显效与有效患者的“遇到困难时的经济来源”(3.47±0.46)和“精神安慰来源”(4.34±0.51)等条目得分及客观支持总分均明显高于无效患者(P<0.05)。个人利用度维度比较中,显效与有效患者的“遇到烦恼时的倾吐方式和求助方式”条目得分及个人利用度总分均明显高于无效患者(P<0.01—0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者的社会支持评分与疗效关系密切,寻求增加社会支持的方法很有必要。
Objective:To study the effect of scores of social supports on theraeutic effectveness in type2diabetic patients(T2DP),to analyze the characteristics of those results and to discuss the possibility of raising social supports.Method:One week after treatment end,91cases of T2DP were measured with the social support rating scale.Result:In all patients,the rate of producing effects(PE)was20.9%(19cases),the rate of efficacious(E)was64.8%(59cases),the rate of no avail(NA)was14.3%(13cases).The scores of social supports was37.41±10.53in patient with PE and E,but it is29.56±8.78in patients with NA(t=2.284,P<0.05).Comparing with the subjects support,the scores of all entries and the scores of subjects in patients with PE and E had obviously higher than NA(t=2.147-2.619,P<0.01-0.05).Comparing with the objective support,the scores entries of financial sources when in trouble(3.47±0.46)and sources of comfort to spirit(4.34±0.51),and the score objective support in patients with Pe and E had obviously highter than NA(t=2.104-2.475,all P<0.05).Comparing with the utilization rate,the scores entries of manners of unbosoming and appeal when in trouble and the scores of the utilization in patients with PE and E had obviously higher than NA(t=2.155-2.746,P<0.01-0.05).Conclusion:The effectiveness in patients with T2DP is related to the score of social support and it is important to discuss the method of raisng social supports.
