摘要
本文以稳定的核质杂种小麦为材料,以其同核亲本为对照,分析比较了不同异源细胞质对普通小麦中国春种子蛋白含量的影响以及卵园山羊草细胞质对普通小麦不同品种的种子蛋白含量和主要氨基酸含量的影响,指出了在小麦品质改良中有较大应用价值的细胞质材料。
In this paper,taking the stable nucleo—cotyplasmic hybrids as the materials,the authors analyzedand compared the effects of alien ctyoplasms on the content of protein and amino acid of seed in commonwheat,The results showed that the cytoplasm of Ae.ovata,Ae.speltoides (K),Ae.Kotchyi,Ae.cras-sa,Ae.juvenalis,Ae.Vavilovii,Ae.Sqarrosa,Ae.ventricosa,T.dicoccoides (K) and Ae.cylindri-ca,etc.were of great applied value to the improvement of the seed quality in common wheat.
